Default Endurance Motor Zapper help needed

I just picked up a used Endurance Magnet Motor Zapper and was wondering if any of you have had any experience with this unit? What would be a good recommendation for stock motors as far as the length of time to keep them on. The manual is a bit vauge so I thought I'd ask. These are newer motors purchased within the last year or so. Any suggestions would be appreciated!

Depending on if the zapper is mains powerd or a manual one, I have not used a mains powerd zapper but i wud asume that the magnets would be recharged/alined in a matter of 30sec using a mains powerd? But it dont matter how long you leave it on' the magnets have a limit as to how much ''charge'' thay can take IE once their full ''their FULL''

U will olso find using a zapper on your motors that thay will need to be zapped evry time you rebuild the motor. I have found that after a can has been 'zapped' it will loose the 'zap' very quick maby a matter of 2-4 runs.

This is just my view of it!!

Hope this helps.

Sorry bud, but my recommendation for that zapper is to throw it in the trash. They never worked, most of the time they de-magnetized the motor.

Oh it works.....until your turn it off, at which point it sucks out the zap.....the thing sucks more than Jenna Jameson....

Boat Anchor, Door Stop, or REALLY heavy paper weight are the main uses now.....

I almost picked one up but did some research before I actually purchased it. I am glad that I did, the thing is if you are up to zapping the motors all the time then it will work for you. I felt that was the down fall information once I heard it demagnetized I decided that it was not worth it in my case.

Dont zap a lot of motors, just try it out on a few and see if it is for you and check the strength of the mag and the power after a rebuild and let us know how it works out for you...
