Thumbs up Great job Novak!

Last week I was racing 12th scale when I hit a wall and my one month old Novak XXTra receivers case popped open and the receiver internals were exposed and got seriously messed up resulting in failure of the whole receiver. I sent the receiver back to Novak last Thursday and just received a brand new XXtra receiver in the mail from them today. They swapped out my one month old broken one for a brand new one at no charge... that's what I call service!

I am very pleased with the service I received from Novak, and since they treated me so well and swapped it out free of charge no questions asked, I felt it was only right that I let everyone know how great of a company they are.

Novak is a class act, keep up the good work!

Charlie at novak tech support has helped me out a lot and answered a lot of my questions on the GT7. He even sent me two, not one replacement 25 amp diodes...one inline and one solder on the motor. Great service.. I'm very happy with them.

Personally, I don't think you can beat Novak's customer service.

Now, Integy on the other hand, that's a different story entirely.

losirob - I've contacted integy's support people with questions about products and they were very helpful. I havn't had any problems the products I've bought from integy, this speaks for itself. Good support, Great products, that's my take....

Even at the racetrack last Tuesday, Bob Novak was out turnmarshaling cars during practice. All of the employees that I have met seem really nice. I used LRP stuff in the past, but the Novak stuff has a better feeling in my mind, and the people that bring the products to you are great...

I have two Novak speedos, one of them an original Cyclone bough 5 years ago. It has NEVER given me a problem, and I am still using it to run 4wd mod. It works great.
