You can replace it with Yokomo SD universals, sold as a set or separately.
Other option, try MIP universals for Yok. They also work great. Rayspeed also sell this MIPs.

Before you check the setup, check your radio settings. If the steering endpoints or the dual rate was set at a low value that would definately cause understeer.

Also, I have 140% braking in the esc and radio. Enough to lock up the tires at full speed. It helps alot when someone wrecks infront of you, or you're racing close with someone.
You have a strange way of setting up your radio... it's like in Spinal Tap... "but our amps go to 11"

Hi Guys,

I'm very sorry about that. I didn't realize what they were until I saw them in person, should have definitely order more. Should have another shipment towards the end of the month/early next month. Again, my apologies.

Default YOK SHOCKS

It appears the Yokomo is selling there YS-1SSS-7 Low Friction Shocks that come on there SD and BD touring cars separately from the kit. They will retail for $30 a set of 4 with bladders included according to Xtreme RC.

I just wanted to ask the YOKOMO Drivers about the quality of the shocks and would you compare them to the Tamiya TRF shocks?

Thanks,
E

Good quote. Even Maezumi and David Jun are spotted using older Yokomo shock (with non-bladder system) on their 414M before...
