Darkseid: I'm not very sure for the retail price on other stores. But my estimate price $320-$340 is base on their whole sell price not refering on any magazines. My estimate price is very close every time.

P.S. I'm only talking about the Japanese version.

The only difference between the "overseas" one and the one for the states is the addition of the ball diff instead of the oneway. Evidently Yokomo thought that more people in the states would prefer a ball diff over a oneway. It doesn't matter to me because I would of bought whatever wasn't included anyway. A diff setup and a oneway will cost about the same.

From what Ive been hearing the sd is supposed to be a limited edition. What does that mean limited parts also, Do you think yokomo will have such a demand on it they will start to mass produce, I hope so because the car looks trick and I want one but not if I wont be able to get parts

I confirmed with Yokomo USA today that the kit will NOT be a limited edition. Also, the rumors about it being only a "stock" car are untrue. The SD is replacing the special and any other variations of the belt drive car.

There's no way in heck that this is going to be a limited edition car. Just look at the interest it is generating. A lot of people switched away from the MR4-TC platform because they felt it was stagnating, and there were so many other options out there. You will see plenty of people going back to Yokomo with this car.

This WILL be Yokomo's flagship car by mid-summer, if not sooner. Just wait and see.
