About the LCG... I donīt think that the price anounced by Yokomo Japan is too high. Look... you get nearly a complete new car. The only things missing are:
-the drivetrain
-steering knuckles, c-hubs, rear hub carriers
-dampers
I donīt think you need more parts. Tell me if I forgot something.
All this parts together cost... hm... 120$??? 200+$ for the conversion + 120$ for parts and you get a new car. In my opinion this price isnīt high.
And did you looked at the prices for the SSg/Black Special at the Yokomo USA site? 528$!!! Where do you pay this price???

I know that... but thatīs the suggested price by Yokomo. The prices in the shops are much lower and the same will happen with the LCG... I hope.

Okay, there is alot confusion going on here. First off, THERE IS NOT PRICE AS OF NOW FOR THE LCG CONVERSION. The conversion kit announcement was just made recently, so more details will be released as it gets closer to the street release date. Just keep an eye on Yokomo's website, and messages on the board.

And for the competitiveness of the CGM or SSG chassis on asphalt, it depends on how much so you like your chassis to flex. SSG flexes and the CGM, its just stiff.

Sorry, my fault...
My thoughts were these:
The price suggested by Yokomo Japan (31290 JPY) is ususally higher then the street price. So we can hope that the price is lower then the price from the Yokomo Japan site.
Itīs a little bit hard to explain that in english for me... sorry.
