yeah, I didn't see your post on this page or I wouldn't have basically retyped what you said.

I fixed my battery problem by charging it up in 300-400mah increments and then discharging it. I let it cool and then charged it up again. No false peaking whatsoever.

Hey JayBee, when you shave off material off the arms on the SDW, was it for the short-arm span setup? LMK.

Yes it was bam- you're instructed to do it in the manual

That's cool lem2...

Hey guys (johnbull, pops, ritchie, Matt H., and any others who has or having time with the CGM), I'm planning on getting one and want to keep it basically box stock with the exceptions of the blue anod. motor mount and one-way (which I already have). This car will be my main car to race carpet or asphalt; is there any hop-ups that I ABSOLUTELY need?
Thanx fellas...

the aluminum input shafts are the biggest improvement of any hopup IMO but I wouldn't say you "need" them.

Re: Re: Spare car!!!- Yeah, that's funny Matt ...

A 'hop-up' that's the biggest improvement ( if only in your opinion) in running the car, is definitely a 'need' Matt.

Thanx Matt

there's alot of little things you can do to the car but for the money, the aluminum input shafts are the best bang for the buck.

jaybee, well lets see. i think with your "stock" of parts, and the hopups from the ssg, and rayspeed, and if you dare the sdw. i think the only thing you don't have are the alum input shafts...lol .. actually you can have a big advantage, you can take your stock cgm to FW and with your other cars take a hop up part from here and there and try them out. i know i like the cgm right out the box better then the ssg. and i only had it for a week or two before nationals and i put some goodies on it then, if they did anything i don't know. but i do know, with all the hop ups and setup tips from this thread and just trying stupid stuff that shouldn't work. i have a killer setup for FW. and working on one for burien. should get my sdw tomorrow.
