Hey Jaybee
If you are looking to save weight try the Tobee Craft light weight drive shaft from www.speedtechrc.com I think Steve Wang has them in stock right now. But only if you are racing stock, it can not handle the extremeness of modified(it is too light for MODS) I love it for stock class, it reduces the rotating mass and it inproves excelleration too. I love mine, I am very carefull with mine. Also I have the carbon fiber one and it is the one I use for 19T or higher. It also is nice and light.
HTH (Hope this helps)

Shookie- I've used the Tobee main driveshaft and their lighweight CVD's bones (rear only) with mod motors with no problems at all. Their lightweight input shaft are nice as well.

I believe that all the Yokomo tires use the same mold, so the sidewalls are the same. There might be an exception, but I am not aware of any.

the reason you are getting no answer is becuase you cant get that chassis any more they are working on a new desgin that wil be even better but very expensive so they dont have as much time to email people.

i've had good luck w/ the input shafts, but not the cvd's. the holes where the axles connect to the cvd's wore out creating a lot of slop. like matt, i used them on the back only.

Default Need SSG and CGM Drivers for Testing

Titanium Racing is rolling out a new ultra light CVD drive shaft. Several factory drivers (including Masami) tested them at the Worlds and liked them a lot. Now we need to test them with some drivers that uhhh.....don't drive as well as The Dragon...lol!

The first 4 SSG or CGM drivers that send an email to [email protected] asking to test the CVD's will get a free set of 4 new TiR Worlds Edition Alloy CVD's. They are test units and are anodized Red to identify them as test units. So send your email and get your $80 of free CVD's.

Thanks,

Adrian

Thats great guys, I wa told that the tobee shaft wasn't to be used for anything other than stock so I have been affraid to use it with mod. I guess I will have to take a chance. I also have the tobee rear only cvds and they are great also. I was looking into the Ti- frotns though. Any comments on Ti- cvd's?
Thanks,
Stephen <><
Also good news out of Hot Rod Hobbies, Jiimmy Babcock is going to be starting a sedan series in April since Hot RoD is going to race TC starting either the first week of January or first week of Feb. This is a fact I talked to Jimmy in person this afternoon @ HotRods. Hopefully it will be January so I can get my fix of good compatition. I am sick of the hack fest that I must endure locally.
Sorry for those out of Southern Cali.
