I think the best bet now is to change the shock body to the SS type.

Anyone know of any site that is going to cover the Japanese nats this weekend? I think Masami has won 4 years in a row now?

Does anyone have a piston/oil/spring combo that is good for a short tight track? I am about to rebuild and I need some input. The track isn't overly bumpy but has a few.
I use rayspeed shock parts so if you could refer to those parts, I have already bought them.
Thanks in advance.

For most tracks I ran the RS #2 pistons with 40wt in front and 35wt in the rear. RS whites or yellows up front and either yellows or blues in the rear.

Only thing I know is that the race is this weekend. Billy Easton was able to qualify for it by making a race there over the summer and made the trip over to race as well.

I bet somebody will make the alluminium bulkhead pretty soon.
Hopefully Team Suzuki, Tobee Craft or GPM.

BTW, although the alluminium bulkhead looks cool and trendy, but I think it's not a big deal...... close gearbox is safer and healthier for the gears. You could replace the original gear box with plastic graphite gearbox for strength.

The gearboxes between the limited edition kit and the standard kits are not interchangeable at all.

Thanks for the info. I have heard the yellow ft and green rear is another popular choice. Any particular reason why the yellow or blue in the rear and not the green?
Thanks,
Stephen <><

Green is the softest spring and whenever I run that the rear seems too soft and I actually lost rear traction, the rear would really want to come around in sharp corners. That might be the reason why Yokomo ran green rear springs at the worlds, with the spool you loose some steering, maybe they went to the greens to loosen the rear up?
