Agower,

the atheena chassis does not have countersunk holes in the top deck, i did use a drill press to slightly countersink mine though. I ran it on carpet with foams last night using tossolini's setup with the cut arms and shaved blocks, the car handled awsome.

Would anyone know if Yokomo is gonna submit the Stratus E body to Roar for approval? Just curious

I would like to see Masami wins the TC worlds, he is the best RC driver ever walk on earth. But he may hang up his sticks if he does, so on the plus side , as least we can see Masami competes for two more years. Can't wait for the arrival of the SDW, if I'm lucky enough to get one.

I can't see why they wouldn't, the type E seemed to be the most popular body at the worlds.

Let me be the first to say Great Job Team Yok @ the Worlds....
Masami for the 12th scale victory and 4th in the TC.
Billy Easton sorry about earlier problems, But that is racing and you were still able to pull a strong 8th. Again I say great job.
I might have to check the SDW out. I think they might want to change the amount of the limited (555) and think more like 2500.
They will sell even of it wern't limited edition.
KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK TEAM YOKOMO....

Thanks,
Stephen <><

On Tosolini's carpet nats setup he shaved the front arms to move them back a couple of mm's and he shaved the rear suspension blocks to lower the rear rollcenter.

The stock knuckles are 1mm offset, the aluminum Team Suzuki are .5mm offset, and Yokomo offers plastic inline (omm offset) ones as well. The offset is where the kingpin screws into in relation to the axle, the more offset you run the more forgiving the steering will feel. The inline knuckles will make the steering feel more aggresive.

I ran my modded CGM yesterday and it was a pleasure not having any slop in the steering.... I reccomend any of you running a CGM to do the same.... Don't use ball ends, use heim style joints... much more precise.... Leave the ballcups on the outer links for insurance against breaking things....

Yokomo E body, I did notice how the E body has the part number in the window as well as a cut line for Roar Rules. So hopefully they will submit it to Roar. I'm just curious as I'd like to run this body next year on asphalt for the Region 3 and State Races. Roar should make an ammendment saying all Stratus Bodies are Roar Legal... then we can use Ride Mk II's and all.. hehe..
