Hey Keith what's up! You coming down for the Region 3 next weekend? Anyways, haven't really been racing the SD too much. Just testing setups on it. I'll be doin the same tomorrow. I have the Speedtech Spool and it's very nice. Beats chewing up plastic outdrives from homemade spools.

Yeah, I heard about Debbies. When do you expect it to be done?I'll be coming up to Stream on July 10th for the trophy race. You gonna be there?

Anyways, let me get back to my Yok... setting it up for tomorow practice...

Day one of the 5th annual Speedworld Cup here in Sacramento is over and I have the TQ for expert stock locked up by winning the first 3 rounds. I'm sitting 6th in mod so far behind the likes of Kinwald, Francis, Hodge, Hodapp, and Amezcua so considering the competition I'm doing alright. Round 4 of qualifying in the morning and triple A mains in the afternoon, should be fun

Well I TQ'd and won expert stock and finished 6th in mod. Kinwald won, then Francis, Hodapp, Hodge, Swanson, and myself. Me and Swanson tied for points but the way they did the tiebreaker he ended up with the position. My car was really good in the last mod main but I got no love at all from anyone. I'll post my setup during the week.

Thankyou for your help, Matt.

The reason is because I mounted the front suspension C- HUB in the bottom hole, and it lower the car way too low. And needed to know if I can fix this, I already have extend the shock length but still too low.

Anyway, thanks again. I know how to fix it now.

Cheers,

Matt:

I feel pretty chuffed if I make it into an A main at a regional.

Getting into the top 6 with names like that in the field, your heart should be warm with pride. Good job!!

Nice job Matt, I think Alex was right behind you in that main either 7th or 8th, we got most of the the love you got and some too! Alex finished 3rd in 19 turn, could have been better except for me putting in the wrong battery in the A-3 Best of luck to you, hope to see you again. I am sure we will see you at some big race in the future. You can always come and stay with us for any race out here you can get too.

ain't that the truth. Oh well.... that's two races in a row where I didn't get to enjoy myself much. Most of us will be taking a much needed break. When we all come back I think we'll run 19 turn since mod puts a strain on the motors in the heat. Congrats on your run......now take a bow
