and, as everybody knows... BLUE IS FASTER

I guess those 35A must be blue too...

local not-so-well-prepped parking lot: RS Blue or Green front and Stock springs rear were the hot ticket I think...

I am interested to know what is the weight difference between the stock motor mount and the new blue one ... my CGM is way overweighted ...

Wicked

not sure I see it right, but it looks like your rx is mounted very close to your novak ESC... At least I see the "89" crystal right above it. This is a very glitch-prone configuration, unless you have top-quality electronics... I'd move that Rx away from the ESC if I were you Try the rotated servo mod, as it's been described in several places already on this thread.

You might also want to shorten the speedo's wires... That's useless weight and voltage loss. Besides that, the car looks good, since, well, it's an SD, and this is the SD thread

You'll like the car

Later,
Paul

PS: a dual-motor sedan... now THAT'd be cool!

I hear ya... and the SD is far from being the easiest car to mount electronics on...

Try it like that for the moment, ie until you race with other people. Then the Rx might have some trouble picking up your Tx's signal with all the noise generated by the ESC... or maybe not

There's some black magic in RF engineering, you know...

In a surreal kind of way, I'm quite certain that the new setup is much better, but steer clear of marmite.

I speak on behalf of all the surrealists out there.
