Move the turnbuckle inward to the other setting, there are two holes, one inner, one outer.

The steering will bind against the shaft if you use the inner hole on the crank.

There's maybe a tiny amount of ackerman adjustment available by adjusting the turnbuckle that goes between the two cranks.

CGM is one of SD's version, so no need to convert, SD = CGM

however there is a conversion kit for converting SSG and black special to CGM, and all 3 are SD's

Good race yesterday Mo. To bad when you past that XXX-Sgp it had to brake out. That would have been a great finish of the race.

Do any other manufacturers make the alloy front steering knuckles like the Team Suziki ones ( TS-2100 )
These are about as easy to find as chickens teeth and I belive they have stopped production now.

I don't care what colour they come in I just want to replace the fragile plastic / Graphite knuckles being used at present.

This car is costing a fortune in replacement steering knuckles after what feel like minor brushes with the track markers.

Love the car but might be looking to get rid if a solution can't be found.

Default Aluminum Knuckles

They are hard to get now since Team Suzuki are the ones making the CGM chassis, I guess there is high demand for the chassis kit, oh well. Will just have to wait for them or any after market company to make Alum. Knuckles!

SQUARE/CROSS/JET/GPM---- Hurry UP!!!!

Hi Guys,

We should have more Team Suzuki knuckles coming in today

The MR-4TCSD CGM Conversion kit will convert the SSG chassis or the black chassis to the CGM spec. The conversion kit comes with the motor mount, chassis, chassis braces, steering, and shock towers.

We also have a .htmlMR-4TCSD CGM kit page now with hop-ups and spare parts specifically for the CGM car.

Thanks Tim, it was a fun race until he pushed into the wall.
I just put my dual diff setup up on my website for anyone who is interested. I think it will probably be what I start off with at the Reedy Race, or at least something very close to it.
