It usually takes about 5 days for UPS to ship from California to us. I would have to say that he would have his before May unless the dates from Yokomo have changed.

I've done this to my other cars...but I don't make it high enough to need another body clip...just high enough so the body can rest on the body supports, and I also place some foam padding on it too...

it would have been even better not to drill hole on the body and just put a large foam pad under the body...

it would be interesting too to have 1/8th on-road rear body mount style
but don't know if it worth the extra weight...

Hi Guys,

The most current release date for US is the week of April 21st. This information was supplied to us by Yokomo USA. We are definitely receiving our kits on the first shipment.

does anyone know if Yokomo makes light weight rear universal joints for the SD?

if, so any pictures or links to this product would be helpful.

Thanks

Hi guys. Greetings from Malta.

RALF. I have been told end of this month. A few cars have been sent to European dealers - just 2 cars in UK for example. Europe and the USA should get their first batches at about the same time.

DARKSEID. Spot on. Things I intend to do right away include the mod to the front top arms that I do on all my cars (triangulating), and turning the servo through 90 degrees to get more space for the electrics.

And probably a few more after I've studied the car a bit!

Can't wait.

Regards

Joe from sunny Malta.

John Bull, I would like to do the front upper arm mod too , but how do u manage the ballcups not too touch the wheel, on my mini rs4 i just added spacers on the axle in order to prevent the wheels from touching the ballcups
but on th SD i don't reaaly want to make the car wider in the front
did u drill new holes on the C-hubs??
this mod really eliminates all the play in the C-hubs.
