You mean - unlike the rest of us who deliberately crash all the time and make no attempt to avoid the track markings?

I've got 8 years of racing under my belt though, so I've gotten pretty good at it, lots of practice

Randman:

I like to think I'm getting better!;o) The SD is certainly making me drive cleaner. My consistency is the best it's ever been now that the car stays together. I enjoy the SD's handling too - it suits my style of driving.

What was your last touring car and how do you rate the SD in comparison?

I started with the SD SSG, then the R2, Evo 3S, XXXS G+, and now the RS SD... I'll be sticking with yokomo.

It was a really nice the car, the R3 will be even better. Strongest thing I've ever driven.

Definately worth it, preorder one from Speedtech, you wont get billed until you confirm you want it when the car arrives here in the states..

Besides the BRP, you can make an RPM NTC3 bumper work also... I filed away a little material so it fit around the body posts, screwed it down through the outer body post mounts, even added a screw in the center and use the stock NTC3 foam on top...

Thought I would share some pics with my new body. I am awaiting some stickers and a final trim. Think its decent though...

Pic 1
Pic 2

Gonna be run for the first time on carpet w/foams 1st of the year. You guys have any advice for me? I should have a setup from one of the local SD guys. Just wanting to know if there is anything special I need to know?

I have run on asphalt for all of my onroad racing. I did run once on carpet with a friends car. That was awhile ago...

It's impressive, but I've never run HPI. I see them as more of the toy car manufacturer...
