I bought it from a guy in Wisconsin so I am not sure who actually made it.

Randman
I ran the car 3 times, at a different track each time. TQ'd and and won each time. It is one of the best cars I have driven, and I have driven quite a few -tc3,xxxs,mission,baracuda,atlas...

dway100- If the car has silver alum. upper deck mounts, the chassis was done by a friend of mine. We were going to sell them, but I no longer run for Yokomo and now run a different car. We made the chassis for foam carpet. I will have my car for sale soon with the custom chassis & upper deck, and also a black ssg with just the upper deck.

Cool Cleveland News- Saw on the Cleveland thread that Chirs Tosolini has made the A in Mod sedan and was a Top 5 qual in 12th Mod. Looks like we may get some good setup direction from Chris. Wonder if he is running the chassis he was rumored to be producing???

Cool to see a SD in the Show!

According to CML Distribution, the SD CGM features "composite graphite moulded chassis components. This includes main chassis, front and rear braces, front and rear shock towers, new steering assembly and more."
Sounds like the CGM is graphite, after all. I think I'll wait to make sure though .
Here they have good pictures of it too:

Very cool, it seems like the more ridgid chassis is the way to go... I'm going to try and get my hands on one of the first tub cars when they come out, but if it's no better than the black special, I'll start making my own chassis, I already have a deal with the person that makes some of the highest quality graphite sheet in the world.

That's very good news... hopefully this will be the chassis that brings the car to life! I can't help but be a little skeptical though, that chassis in the pic sure doesn't look like it has graphite in it.

Randman did you get that tub chassis that guy had for sale for the Yoke? I saw you told him you would take it.

Hopefully it will be here Wed. and it will be real stiff being carbon fiber not carbon graphite. I will be running it (if it comes this week) at the track next Saturday. There's a list of people who want to see it.

Hey Brian, actually I was the the first person to respond to his ad. I thought we had a deal and I was just waiting for him to send me some pictures of the actual chassis instead of the pictures from the website. He tells me he'll email me the pictures when he gets home from work then next thing you know he tells me it's sold to someone else.

Damn. That is too bad for sure. Even worse since I know you and Isaac.

I'm sorry dude. I saw many wanted it but he told me it was available. Personally I don't know why they don't sell more here in the states anyway. Maybe I'll post pictures of the chassis when I get it.
