There was some confusion earlier as too if the new car uses new springs or not. The new car uses all the current Yokomo springs, no new springs are coming out for the car. The "Pro" springs that people were refering to earlier actually came out when the YR4-M2 Pro was out a couple years ago.

I dont remember seeing but do the shocks on the car use the scews in the cap and or bladders? Any idea on how heavy the car will be out of the box with most standard electronics?

Did Mo or Matt get their cars yet?

I've learned through the video game industry and its pre-ordering system, to always increase your odds by pre-ordering at multiple locations. Especially when the pre-orders are risk free!

Just got word my SD will arrive at shop on the 29th. Just too bad I had to pay up the yin yang for it just to get it from Japan! Oh well.... At least I'll have a oneway hehe... As for the D type body... anyone carry them stateside? I thought Speedtech did but I don't see it anymore. Looking to stick with Yokomo bodies on this car instead of Proline. Another question, I haven't owned a Yok TC in like 2 years...but does the AE springs fit on Yok shocks?

Hi Guys,

Yes, we used to carry the Type D body until they were temporarily discontinued. There was an issue that it look too similar to the Protoform ones They might be available again, I will check tomorrow.

I rarely pre-order anything myself, but for those rare 'special' occasions, I will do it.

And this car definitely qualifies as a Special occasion!
