For those asking:

The bumper on my car is a BUDS bumper ment for the TC3. Its actually a used one off my tc3 i dont use any more.

Here is a top shot so you can see where i reamed out the bumper to get it around the original yokomo bumper

I've twisted the carbon shaft. I only ran maybe 1 or 2 packs of mod on it. And the rest was in Stock Class. Might have been the heavy action at the State Race that I twisted it in Stock. I dunno. I just took the shaft out one day to put in the stock shaft so I could run Mod... and low and behold... it was twisted! So when I picked it up... I could twist it with ease! It was like an LSD main shaft!! hehe.... So I'm back to stock shaft. Gonna try the Tobee Craft shaft for Stock racing to see what it does.... That'll have to wait til 2 weeks though. Gotta get ready for TCS this weekend in Maryland. Borrowing back my old 414 and Evo3. I may use my Brushless since it's legal in GT1 class.....

I really like that idea, do you know of anywhere online I can buy one of the bumpers?

Just make your own....go to Tap Plastics and get some scrap Kydex or ABS for about $1.00. Enough to last you a season or two of racing.... Just trace the outline of the bumper on the plastic and simply score it with a blade and break it apart. I've made a lower and wider upper bumper plate for mine.

Default A few issues with my SD

Hello all,
I have had ran my SD about 8 times and ran into theses same issue each time.

1. The servo horn keeps stripping. I made the servo saver a little looser then specified but still have the problem. Maybe a metal horn would be better?
2. Tie rods keep popping off, mostly rear, even under light impact.
3. King pins are always coming loose/falling out

I really like the car and have ran Yokomo cars exclusively, but theses little issues keep me from finishing races. I guess if i stayed off the boards it would help

Thanks for any help.
