Top of servo, top of bumper brace. Xray also has a foam bumper with a cut out so you can mount a pt in the bumper.

Default bumper

Matt
Xray cutout bumper is a good way to get it up front...but if you want to an extra wide bumper just anyone of the Parma, etc...and use an exacto to cutout space from the bumper to fit the transponder.
works like a charm. I prefer to use a light amount of shoe goo..to hold the wires onto the chassis...as a safety to make sure the wire doesn't get caught up with anything.

Keep on racing.

I mount my personal into a hole on the top dech, it just clears the belt and is very secure, works for me. I dont run the alloy posts to stiffen the chassis so i mount it in the front left hand hole.

I drilled a couple of holes inthe plastic top bumper brace and screwed the pt down there. Now that i need to use the pt in other cars i have it velcroed in the same spot.

i've cut the standard bumper with an exacto so the pt is sandwiched between the foam and the bumper plate works a treat for me too
