CEFX LMP900 based on the real Peugot Courage C60. It's kinda tough to find now, though, like the rest of Josh's bodies.

With regards to the fans, because of todays high capacity cells and bodyshells that only just clear the chassis, there is not alot of air circulating around inside the shell to keep things cool. That was the idea of trying them and it did in fact work! Fully discharged cells were only just warm and the motor was no where near as hot as normal and it only used about 60mAh from the cells! I also thought I'd put a couple more pics of various bodyshells that I have used...cheers, Chris.

Don't NiMH cells work better and discharge stronger when they are warmer? That's why battery heatsinks aren't everywhere... I think you might be sucking/blowing away performance needlessly (pun intended).

Heat in motors is bad. Heat in batteries is good.

Yes, that's correct. That's why I never understood why fusionbatteries had heat sink battery bars.

Same goes for any other company selling heat sinks or battery strap heat sinks, etc.. They are preying on those with less racing knowledge.
You want a McDLT, remember those? (hot side hot, cold side cold). Warm batteries, cool motors.
