Looks like a re-branded CRC 3.2R.

I'm trying to set mine up for brushless as well. I'm having a ton of fun trying to get the solder tabs in a place where the pod still moves freely, and where they don't rub on the back part of the body.

Except the Hara doesn't use any links in the rear suspension.

Should really do some research before I post, shouldn't I.
Can't find a heck of alot on Hara branded 1/12 cars with damper tube rear ends, but I suppose what do I know.

The Hara was/is an interesting car. It used the old HPI Roadstar rear suspension using square teflon bushings on an aluminum post to keep the rear end square. This gave it suspension similar to a link car in the rear (no t-plate) but with no rear links so it avoids the rear steer that link cars get. I really liked the idea but found with my HPI10GW I just couldn't get the rear end to be a free as I wanted without getting too much slop.

I used the Hara conversion for a while. Did like it but the standard chassis was too flexy. Got something made up though which was a little better. The rear end was quite intresting. I still have it here so maybe will put a couple of pics on if you want. Cheers.

The Hara Hammer 12 was a damper disc car originally

With a really cool rear suspension

Here's my damper tube version using a custom cross bar

Best of all was a conversion for the Hara conversion made by Doug Powell (PRC) called the Sledge (get it?) Sorry I don't have any pics, it was one of the fastest carpet cars I've ever had!

hmmm, so long ago I can't remember. It was probably an Autographics or Parma decal sheet

My daughter has always complained about my paint schemes, so I told her she needed to design and paint me a body. We were told to look at sports teams to find colors that look good, so she picked the Lakers and made a body for me. She did a better job than I ever have!

Black headlights are for LEDs in the works.

Hi Danny, did that LiPo fit straight into / onto your Hara chassis without any hassles? I decided to build my own Hara car last weekend and tried it out at the local track, although I was using a 19T / 4 cell setup. I forgot how much steering it had!! And looking at your pic, your car is very similar to mine in what parts you have used (mainly CRC by the looks of it). I'll got some video footage of it going around which I'll put together some time soon. Cheers!
