Here's my car at the last round of the UK SouthWest Winter Championship. It's a Team Laje SpeedEvil 2007. Lynn Munno painted the b'shell.

I'm using a GM EVO3 9.5, runs quite like a 19T, is more equal to it than my Orion 10.5 and its not that noisy (keeps cooler as well, for the orion to keep up I had to crank the timing to "A" when I was using a Sphere comp).

With the R1 the motor has a very smooth feel, but the start is not allways perfect and I'm using the new firmware 1.71

As I'm just driving for fun (yeah, I'm a wuss), perfect starts are not all that important to me and I'm sure Tekin will figure something out to improve this with the R1 and a high wind motor.

The stuff I have goes on blue and dries clear with just a hint of blue so its really easy to see through. By the way the stuff I have is made by Parma.

Is it an older chassis? Sure doesn't look like my 3D08.
