Saw one at a local track, the owner had no idea what it was either. I'm curious to hear the answer.

They may be old Kawada 1/12 cars...

I went online to find some pics with no luck. The cool one with the spring on the front - unsure... it does look like it has Kawada rims on it. The other one looks like it has the Kawada front end.

these cars are both trinity cars revolver and switchblade

Well I don't know who makes the car but i do recognize some of the parts. The front end is a Delta front end but with an aluminum mount. The rear pod, T-bar pivots (possibly the T-bar too), and the damper tube are from a Trinity Revolver 12. Looks like someone cobbled together a kit out of parts from other cars.

trinity revamped the old delta front end and used on the revolver i own one of these cars the second car is switchblade with their reactive caster front end which was to compete with associated's front end

The front end with the monoshock and swaybar is the Trinity "Magic Carpet Ride" front end.

The 12th scale on the right is a Trinity SJ. I used to drive that car and still have the parts lol. The one on the left I am not sure about.
