Taking a IB cell down to .7 will not damage the cell. Only take the cell down that low to eqaulize before charging.

only to .9 and realy you dont have to go down that far 1.0 is fine,if you want to keep your cells ok. i know one guy i race with and he dosent even discharge his cells and hes still fast,these cells are very very fragile,like i said you could have dead cells and not even know it.

in Spintec's manual instruction the suggested cut off voltage for IB cells is 1.0 v.then you can Equalize those cells with Novak Smart Tray until 0.9 and then charge them to 500mAh - 1000mAh if you are going not use your cells in a month...if you plan using your cells on the next week you can charge them about 100mAh - 300mAh...your battery will long life..
