I made the mistake of trusting their Customer service reporesentative and went ahead and orderd a few items that DID NOT contain the parts I actually needed and returned the goods over 4 months ago.
They have keept closing my complaints (complaint tickets) several times without any explenation for over 4 months without any coments.
I would not recomend ANYONE buying from these!

Also look at my note #52 in this topic "rcmodel.hk Warning", rctech.net/forum/electric-road/227322-rcmodel-hk-warning-4.html

It would seem as long as the a****les at rcmodel have the goods in stock and you don´t need their support, things work out fine.
As I menation in the other thred, I got the goods...even so after a long time but since I needed to return the goods...things turned ugly

I was just about to make my first order with rcmodel.

These posts do not fill me with confidence

Think I will stay away actually

I have used rcmart, rcmushroom, rcmarket for years and years

Not one problem, ever

Queries always answered politely. Much better than than the likes of Demon etc here in the UK, and much easier to deal with if there is a problem. In the UK the customer is always wrong!

RCMARKET site slow but the BEST

Its no joke - they sent me used items and items where the packet had been opened. When I complained they accused me of using the items and attempting to defraud them. I think that's a pretty serious accusation to make to someone who spent over 1000GBP in a year into their business

I found one brilliant seller here in the UK though, rcracinguk.com - had a small error in my order, received the correct item the next day and they said don't bother to return the incorrect item!

Rant over !

I love RCmarket, very good.

But the website is slow like others stated.

I have also orderd from RCmodel before and never had any diffuculties with them. They did send very fast and the right product.
Strange. Good luck you guys that have trouble!!

Thumbs up

2-3 years ago from rcmodel,

some order It's out of stock,

- back order
- change to new item.
- refund (i paid with paypal)

if your order is processing more than 5-7 bussiness days. you will contact and asking what happen.

i think 3-5 day for processing order is to long time.

some order is quick (very suprise) I post order at sunday night. I received item on thursday.

rc model I have never had much of an issue with, occasionally items will show in stock but they run out, so they back order it or refund you and they don't hold up an order waiting on back ordered items. Shipping costs are reasonable. Processing time is 1-2 days.

rcmarket I have used a couple of times, but his shipping fees are huge when compared to other Hong Kong Stores and processing time is still a bit slower than places like Stellamodels or Vellrip.
