I've been running 4500mAh cells for a month. From here (bottom of page):

Yeah, i noticed the 4500s and thought to myself... here we go again...

4500mah is getting close to 20 min run time for a 540/silver can or 13.5 brushless, could I have a longer race with that...please

Im ditching my nimhs and associated equipment and going lipo instead, it is by faaaar a better option, waaay cheaper and nearly as good as a "decent" nimh pack, but only costs 1/10th the amount (2 lipo batts over a 2 year period beats a dozen nimh).

I doubt Im going to get turned away from my regular clubs, goodness knows they need to keep the attendance up...

My IB4200s can get 4500 each charge at the moment, so why change?

Makes you wonder what ever happened to this item from the last ROAR EXCOM meeting:

A proposal to eliminate the battery submission/approval process or allow monthly approvals while leaving the battery dimensional and type specifications intact was discussed and tabled. This item is in review.
