There's a set up sheet on the Corally website that's a really good starting point for medium traction. Take it from there with the usual tweekings. We have a few Phi cars in the Portland area running rubber and we've all found that sheet to be the goods.

From last w/end at the Time Zone 2 race, I got to experiment with shock oils and spring rates as the traction came up and found the car really easy to read.

Yep, you did. When the car was upside down it meant you had too much traction. Just pokin fun Jacko.

This car is no joke with foam tires... I get to see it first hand every week, usually as it's going by for the lap.

I'm kind of considering looking for a new car for rubber tires (after Novak) and was looking at the EU Spec Phi. It seems like it's intended for rubber/carpet, but there's not much evidence of people using it in that configuration.

Yeh, like wot 'e sedd. But it was for real. Once I fixed the transmitter for the last main the car drove like a bat outta hell and put a time down that was 4 fastest of the w/end !! No Sh*#t.

Definitely a rubber car if you need it.

As for Korey and Dagar !! He said stoopid fast................

Except for my leaving off the f/r swaybars, I copied Rob's IIC Stock Rubber Carpet setup (from the Corally website) and really, really like it. Best Rubber Carpet setup I have ever had for Stock on my new Phi EU.

Im going to run 19t Rubber for the first time next week with Nelsons setup, so hopefully it goes well. Hopefully me and Frechette can get some good testing in soon.

Hi Johnny,

Where do I find this Nelson's setup? Pleeeeeeeeeeeze.

Just curious because Rob's setup is unbelievable perfect for Stock Rubber.

I just converted Mike Nelsons Novak setup for the RDX over to the PHI and I will try it this weekend. Hopefully it works.

Good luck to the entire team at the US Indoor Champs.

I leave tomorrow morning (well, today, really). See everyone there.

Josh H. - Post your rubber tire setup on here. That is the best and fastest rubber tire car I have ever seen! No joke guys. Josh has hands down the best rubber tire car I have ever seen. He is running 10.5 and 13.5 brushless. Every where he goes, he has the field covered by at least 3-4 tenths a lap. I cant wait to run some rubber tire so I can put that setup on my car.
