I did try the set-up with Jaco Dbl. pinks Prism on all 4 corners, it was OK, but not as good as with the Parma Pro 53 magentas.

It just didn't have the same "planted" feel.

I didn't try it with Dbl pink/orange. But I would suspect that if you went down a spring rate in the front you could make it work...I know last year from dbl pinks all the way around to dbl pink/orange in the front that was the only set us change I would make.

I say try it! If it doesn't work then put the Magentas all the way around.

Guys don't be afraid to transfer your old RDX set-ups to the PHI!

This is on rubber right ?

Guys, Brad's current setup is nearly identical to what he ran on his RDX. So if you don't want to try his setup, and you previously had an RDX, run that on the Phi!

That said, you can't go wrong with his setup.

Hey Guys - My current Phi setup was derived from my RDX setup. Just be aware of the changes made in stock hinge pin height from the RDX to the Phi.
Also, I am not a big fan of the 19lb. rear spring. I never run it in the middle hole of the arm. It seems to let the rear end dump over too much and I lose foward acceleration. When I run the 22lb. rear spring, I gain on power rotation as well as foward acceleration with the stiffer rear spring.
As far as the rear shock oil, I always run assoc. 20wt. for club racing. I only switch to 25 weight under high traction conditions to help slow down the weight transfer onto the nose.

McGreevy - I havent talked to you in months, give me a call when you get a chance.

Thanks - Brad

Brad,

Tried calling you a few times last week at the shop during the day. I'm really busy tonight as I have an exam tomorrow morning, but give me a call anytime after noon.

Looks like Harbuckle is back.

Hahahaha... I only broke like... 3 Arms for the 2 years I ran for Corally last time around hahahaha. I just replaced them because they got sloppy around the inner hinge pin.

I got to relive it briefly with the R after the first batch of arms had some problem with the "mix."

It seems like a lot of the stock racers are moving around between teams lately.
