Giantbill - The PHI on foams on carpet is one of the best cars out there. I dont think you need Josh's chassis unless you are racing on extremely high levels of traction. I would run the stock 2.9 mm chassis for most of the club racing you will be doing. Specialized RC has a chassis which is 3 mm thick but has different front and rear cutouts which make it a lot stiffer than the stock 2.9 mm chassis. The carbon fiber is different between the stock chassis and the SRC chassis as well, which also helps with the stiffness. I hope this helps.

Start with 1 and count up from there. When you get to 5, use your other hand.

Just kiddin' Sam. Count your first turn where the spring makes the first loop then count down to the bottom of the spring. If the two spring ends aren't lined up evenly, then count in 1/4, 1/2, 3/4, marks until you reach the end.

I think a general rule of thumb is to take the new retail value of the car and any upgrades and parts he is including and cut that in half. The condition of the car will also determine whether the price falls on the high side or low side. How new is the car and how many times has the car been run?, was it run on carpet only? does the seller abuse his equipment? Last but not least... how much is it worth to you? If you're dying to get one and it's there in your face, buy it. If you could care less about the car, make him a low offer and see if he takes it. You never know. I've seen rollers go for $250 on here and I've seen them sell for $400+ with parts and upgrades.

So far, you have only minimally described a $250 car/motor combo to me...That's a clean EU/US car with minor upgrades.

I would use these to smooth out the front and take a bit of steering away in high bite carpet situations.

Hi..

I've notice on all of my RDX PHI that the rear toe is not equal side to side, and is actually about 1 - 1.5 out on the 1 side compaired to the other, for instance one will be 2 and the other side is 3 - 3.5, i've noticed this on all 3 of my cars, and i have spoken to my friends and they say theirs is the same. No matter what i do i cant get equal toe, even spacing the one side out, i have tried all new parts as well as a new bottom chassis and its the same. Can anyone offer any help?

Thanks Ya`All
