At the world titles, one of the Australian HPI/Hotbodies team members had his Cyclone double side taped to his pitboad

If any of you have the Ray Wood DVD of the titles, (fantastic dvd by the way ), it is shown on there. Some ridiculous ammount of double sided tape was used, 4 metres plus or something haha.

A REASONABLY harmless joke lol, though it did take some time to cut the tape back off!

Cheers,

Robbie

A buddy of my has a set of Integy allen wrenches and once when he went out on the track for a heat we switched all the tips around. So when he came back to work on his car he had no idea what wrench fit what. It was pretty entertaining to watch him trying to figure out which tip went with what color handle. -Ky

glue brushes to armeture!

solder the wires to the motor backwards, blue on right red on left. When they press the trigger... ZIP! instant broken rear shock tower as the car flies at full throttle backwards. Although this is horrible its kinda funny. it happened to me by accident when i had to quickly solder a motor b4 the main. i didnt break anything though!

There was a tire fight around 1am at our indoor track the practice night before the last race. I caught one in the eye and ended up with a shiner the next day. The culprit ended up with a half a bottle of CA in his endbell. I never knew brushes could stick to a comm so hard they would break in the middle. The motor was a total loss...I think he got off easy.

At the Novak race a couple of years ago I CA'd Josh Cyruls car to his pit table so well he had to wack the wheels with the palm of his hands to break it free...the tires still had wood ripped from the table stuck to them

This is about what we did to a racer not his car.

It was about 110 degrees in the middle of August in Cental Texas. The racer had his big fan hanging from his eazy-up blowing air down on him. When he went out for his qual. We took his fan and turned it over so the air was blowing upwards instead of downwards. We rezipped tied it up and went back to our tables and watch him suffer for about 15 minutes and then he saw us laughing our butts off. He figured it out and fixed it. Now when ever he is around I watch all my stuff closely.

super glue their tires (foams) so they are hard like a rock and see how there car handles this would be hard to do without them noticing or you could replace there 7t armature with a 27t armature. there are so many things you could do.

if you super glue their foams they would act like drifting tires on asphalt.

Remove the front wheel nuts on a 2wd offroad or pan car. When they pick up their car to carry it from their pit to the track, the front wheels fall off. Cracks me up every time.
