Default sanyo 3300 (??)

I read somewhere availability of 3300 sanyo cells ? sometimes comparisons with GP3300 cells and so on. . . ?
question is are 3300 cells from sanyo readily available right now ? and where to buy them ?

where have you been man??

lolz my bad. Sanyo 3300HV (that's the official name of the battery) had been available for the past six months and should be available at your local LHS. If they don't have some, tell them to order it. If you would like to find it sooner go to Ebay, or any major internet hobby shops or any battery matcher companies (i.e: Promatch, World Class, SMC, etc)

Compared to GP3300, 3300HV has less capacity than the GP and it performs like 3000HV with approx 300mah more capacity. It is the same exact size of the 3000HV. GP holds about 30-60 more seconds on average run time compare to the Sanyo versions.

Post Sanyo 3300HV Cells

The last I had heard was that production of the Sanyo 3300HV cells had been stopped due to a problem with the cells venting. If you can find any Sanyo 3300HV cells they are probably just what the shop still had in stock.

ProMatch stopped selling the Sanyos because they aren't as good as GPs.

The people I have talked to say the 3300HVs feel flat for Stock racing.
