Default tamiya guys

anyone ever heard of a motor called ACTO POWER?
i just got my hands on one and i wanted to know how it compares to most stock motors of today or way back when.
thoughts?

Acto Power is a 23 Turn modified stock motor. I believe it has a double wind copper wire surrounding the armature but it's not gonna be ROAR stock legal since it comes with a set of stand-up brushes instead of laydown ones.
