Had Masami and or Atsushi Hara raced at DHI'07, I believe the results would have been different. More competive and interesting...Great race this year though, and some great, great drivers, especially the TC5 camp!

There should about 700 pics from the race..

It is correct Hara have compete at the DHI, first time we saw him was in 2004, he won the race with brand new HPI Pro4, what a car the year after he did´t again after a hard battle with Marc Rheinhard. 2006 eehh B-final... maybe thats why we saw this year, I was told he should have been there, but he want to stay at home, because he was sick..

I guess the first picture of the Kyosho Stallion was Shin Adachi´car, so that why I posted the picture I took of his car without wheels...

Anyone like to see Craig Drescher TC5 Associated car??

He could not test sintered much since it is not allowed for a very long time. He just didn't find a good personal setting for sintered yet since brake feel/"neutral slowdown" is very important for Ronald and his driving style.

It just is a good way to adapt motors further slightly and a simple swop since the rotors are identical apart from the magnet material. And with 5-cells reliability is definitely not an issue with either magnet type...

All other drivers ran sintered and were happy with the feel. So the bonded magnet was a "Ronald thing" and I did not try to convince him to use sintered since he did so well from the beginning...
Hello reto, can you tell me/us what was the gearing (ratio) used by Ronald and the drivers using the 4.5 sintered/bonded rotors?

Thank you

Sure, there were at least 2 AVIDs. Sebastian Witt drove it in the Modified-Division and Dennis Fadtke set TQ in 19T and ended up 2nd place.

Chassis looked very fast and stable.

It looks like it would be a good chassis to buy. I would like to race it outdoors this summer if I can get one. Right now there is only one dealer who carries it.
