Turbo Matcher 35 How to use rematch IB 4200's
 

I just recently purchased a Competition Electronics Turbomatcher 35. I plan to Rematch my IB SHV and WC IB 4200's batteries.

How many amps should I discharge these cells at?
How many times per day/week should I cycle them?

Im currently running 4-cell Mod 1/12th scale what is the best way to rematch (procedure) these batteries.Im clue less any help would be greatly appreciated.
