Does anyone have a table of how much the cells weight between all the popular sub C type cells?

http://www.batterystore.com/ .... if you look up the single cell IB's there is a chart with size and weight. Their GP page is under construction. Only one I know of ...doesn't mean there isn't a page out there for all types.

3900 NiMH with bars wieghs in at roughly 14.1 oz or 379 grams

Remember that even if they are the same cells they can weigh different amounts.

Exactly, solder weghs something, as well as if you run wires off it, and the weight of the battery bars can change the weight of the cells.

Same batteries can have upto around 15g of variance in my experience
