Foam tire maintenance after a race?
I just started racing carpet this winter. I am using foam tires. What is the correct maintenance between heats? I saw a lot of guys doing different things. What should I be doing in between races?

What exactly is the stuff that ppl pouring (not sure that is the right term) onto the foams after run to clean the foam tires before adding traction compound...? I want the name of that stuff...it is a metal bottle with the folding yellow tab and you pour a line of liquid stuff onto the foams and clean it with towel....the size of that bottle is kinda like the bottle of a Paragon Ground Effect...thanks.

WD-40 is a big NO-No. wd-40 has lubricates in it. this will make the tire greasy and slide around. motor spray or automotive brake cleaner work well.
