Default 25mm 3Racing cooling fans.

Hello everyone,

Well i bought 3, 25mm 3racing cooling fans and i have opened one and tested it. It is really slow and can't even feel the air coming out. It is rated at 7.2v. is there anything you have to do first to get em goin good? My bro has a 30mm one rated at 7.2v to and it blows like crazy. Is this just how they are? Should they blow as hard as a 30mm one?

Any tips?

Cheers

I had used this fan before..it sucks..and it can't last when the heat of the motor build-up..well, end up I have two dead fans..
But, the solution is remove the sticker on the top of the fan...it might last you longer...

The orginal one isnt very good mine broke in a crash and i got a replacement and it was so much faster you could feel the differnce from the amount of air coming and it was much louder.

Thanks for the replies. On the sticker it says the fan is 7.2v so yeah. I'll probably just buy some novak or much more fans.

The new ones are good, rated 7.2v and blows so much stronger then the older Integy/3R version.

The fact that it's mounted on the alu rails then mounted on the heatsink makes it lesser prone to breakage.

If you know, you could buy fans for computer VGA, they are like $.50 - $1. If you broke it, just throw it.
