Default KO EX-11 Presto

I'm considering buying this radio, but I would like feedback from people who use this radio. How is the grip? Does it ever glitch? etc.

I have one. Haven't had any problems with it. My wife uses it most of the time. I've used it up on the driver stand with other 27mhz radios present. No glitches. Its easier to program than the EX1. Also has 3 model memory. And comes with the micro reciever. If you can get one for a good price, go for it. I think they are $160 USD new. You can get one for around $100 USD used. The EX1 Mars, used, is any where from $150 to $225. And it really depends on what you get with the radio.
You ask about the grip, each person has their own preferences when it comes to grip. I traded a Airtronics XL2P to a guy for a KO EX2 because of grip. You just have to get ahold of one an try it out. Go to your LHS and try a couple.

I have had one for about a year. I love it. It is easy to use and is packed with features. I have found that it is light and comfortable.
I remember a race this summer where many drivers were having glitching problems. They changed motors, added capacitors, and so on. I never had a problem that day, or any day for that matter.

The EX-11 is a great radio.

I own one, For the price I paid for it new you can't beat it. Its got exponentials on both steering and throttle, ABS braking for Nitro vehicles. Digital everything and my favorite feature, I can use my odd channel KO crystals which eliminates conflicts at the track. Plus you get their micro-sized receiver which comes in handy nowdays since everything gettin smaller.

I've got one too. It feels a little light, but other than that, its a great radio.

If you can't afford the Mars, get the Presto. (I've got both as well).

Great choice. I have an LE and the regular one as a backup. After you get it, you should consider backlighting it. Really nice look and very practical for indoors or reduced light situations.

Thanks RacerTex. I've never actually held a M8. how does it feel? is it comfortable? well balanced? I order it yesterday, so it should be here within the month. finally I will have a real radio now...I've been using my futaba magnum that i've had for the last 8 years. Works just fine, but I need more stuff .
