Any update on when the GenX manual will be available for download?

bump from the grave...

Are you guys still having trouble with the lower arms breaking, or did CRC redo some stuff?

Another bump, use the 3mm graphite ride height spacers it will cure your problem. I bought tons of arms that will last me probably two years because they kept breaking. i have not broke a arm since i put those graphite spacers on.

There was a material tweak late last season. Once you ditch the red washer/spacer in favor of their graphite spacer, the arm is rarely breaks. You really have to get into the wall hard to break the arm when using the graphite spacer.

The only reason they were breaking was because the screws would not thread far enough into the arm. The graphite spacers required a lower ride height and therefore would allow the screw to go further into the arm.

Longer screw and/or the graphite spacers pretty much fix the problem.

The graphite spacer will fix the arm breaking problem. It gives support to the arm and does not let it flex in a hard crash. I run the same size tire as before and put a shim under it to get ride height the same as before. Have not broken one arm since using the spacer. Same screws and everything.

Default bearings

3/16 x 5/16 Flanged bearing

http://www.teamcrc.com/crc/modules.p...prodID=7718951

This should be what you need.
