Having issues with Precision RC myself now, item was processing for over a week, then apparantly now it's delivering but the tracking # doesn't work on any site. Emails are read but never replied to. Have filed a paypal claim, I've spent $400ish with them so far, but if he wants to f#ck me on a $40 order now, I'll take my business elsewhere and make it my business to create a headache for him from hereon in.

Looks like I'm not the first victim.

Don't go them.
Sometimes nor the item you order is exactly the same as they sent you.
A lot of HK people, are so untrustable and unresponsible in the last generation, or sometimes worse than China mainlanders.
US and Japan's shops are still best of the world.

Thumbs down

Hi all. Im from Malaysia and I too have a very bad experience with Precision RC. Paypal payment was charged but items were not sent. I spent around USD 56.00 which in my currency is nearly RM300 buying parts for my HB Cyclone but none of the ordered items reached the destination. I wrote to paypal and their decisions were on my behalf. Thank God for that and they have refunded back my USD56.00.

Here's Paypal's resolution of my case.

"We have concluded our investigation into your case and have decided in your
favor.

We were able to recover $56.25 USD and this amount has been credited to
you. Please allow five business days for this adjustment to be posted.

If you are due any additional funds, we will make our best effort to
recover the balance from the seller.

If the seller's account has insufficient funds to complete the refund owed
to you, please be assured that we will take appropriate action against the
seller's account, which may include limitation of the seller's account
privileges.

Transaction Details
-----------------------------------

Seller's name: Precision RC
Seller's email: [email protected]
Seller's transaction ID: 273906350J7699723

Transaction date: Oct 15, 2008
Transaction amount: -$56.25 USD
Invoice ID: PR2959942621
Your transaction ID: 3D228369VM6386509
Case number: PP-583-279-654

Will never ever have any business with Precision RC again. They used to be a very good vendor with reliable services but that was just a history. As far as the Hong Kong based online RC shops are concerned, i guess rc mushroom, rcmart, RCModel and rcmarket provide better services. My personal favourite are RCMart and RCModel. Have ordered a lot from them and yet to hv any problems.

They're crooks... I ordered from them to get some gifts for my dad that I couldn't get in the US. My order was processing for several days with no response to e-mails. It wasn't until I filed a paypal dispute that I got any response and it was simply stating that one of the items was out of stock and that they could substitute something. I responded by saying that I would take another substitution as long as they shipped within 24 hours. After not getting a response for over 2 days I elevated mu dispute to a claim and luckily got my money back.

I still have an outstanding claim with them, the tracking # they provided me is false and doesn't show up anywhere.

Everyone I know that has an Asian connections tells me that same exact thing. I guess they don't have to fight for business anymore, as they are an economic giant. I only order from the US now.

I ordered some things from Precision and they said they had them and when they went to ship they showed up on backorder.

That was not the problem. The problem is that they had already charged my card and when I sent them an email about the Backordered parts they canceled the backorder and never refunded me the money. I had to contact my CC company to get the money back and it was a pain in the a$$.

It ended up being about a 2 month pain just to get the money back.

How about RC Model? It looks like part of RC market's business. I have had one order in RC market shipped out (12/22) within two days, I am still waiting for it, hopefully I can get it after new year. Another is from RC Model, still in processing after 10 days
