I've ordered about 5 times from precision rc and never had a pblm with them. Paid the $16 shipping and got my items in about 4 days...not bad at all.

I placed an order in January for some 3Racing shocks for my cyclone which were out of stock, the paid for them using paypal and the money transfer was completed. I never received any items at all. I sent several emails and did at one point get a reply from James in march, apologising for the delay as the items were still unavailable, I was promised my money back - and it is now May and I am still waiting.

I won't be ordered from them again, unless I get my refund.

The funny thing is I have used them in the past and there service was very good. I got most of my stuff within 7 days and that is to Scotland, UK without any import tax charged.

I have used rcmart and they are very good, very fast delivery to the UK.

Does anybody knows another method to contact PrecisionRC? I tried to call them, but the didn't pick up, I've emailed them, but the mail was returned with an undeliverable attachment... on [email protected] aswell on [email protected]

I mada an order with them and it arrived quickly, but not al the parts were in it while I did pay them. So I want them to sent it, or a refund. But contact is impossible...

All ideas are welcome!!

I have been trying to contact them on both of thoses email addresses since January and I only ever got one reply from James in March but nothing since. I paid for a small order of parts for the cyclone which were never delivered. The parts have been on backorder since January and I'm still waiting. No reply since March, despite James telling me I would get a refund.

I am very disappointed.

I've ordered parts one week ago and it is still written "processing" in the tracking order section.

I have same problem now.

james is quite infamous for screwing his customers and not replying to emails.

he owes me aprox. $35 on parts I paid for, and I'm probably never going to see.

I placed an order there sometime last year, but some of the stuff I bought was out of stock. He gave me the option of a refund on the out of stock parts, which I took. Order arrived fine, but after at least 4 emails since then still no refund. The last one I sent I requested a read receipt, which I got, but no response! that's just useless.

I won't be using precision rc again, rc-mushroom has always given me top-quality service when I've used them, so I'll stick with them or buy stuff locally (UK).
