What a perfect compromise to unify the belts, so to speak.
Unfortunately, it's still not going to quiet down the "get them out of stock" crowd. If anything, it will get them fired up some more.
Strife is good. I'm all for the entertainment.

More specifically, it probably takes a lot more time and dedication to be fast in mod. With nearly 100% of club racing happening in stock and 19T, it's hard for part-time ("stock") pros to get enough practice to compete with the full-time ("mod") pros. You can't blame people for not bumping up into a class they have no chance to practice in.

This scoring stuff is really ticking me off. I am sure Anders knows what I mean, our kids are at the race and the stupid scoring quits just before they run.

Are some of the cars not performing as well as the traction comes up? I noticed Hara hasn't been as fast in 19T has he was the first round. Would a thin chassis on his Cyclone (assuming he's not running something thick) hold him back in later rounds? I'm curious about the guys running the Phi, too. The competition spec chassis is 2.4MM, not sure what they're using on the prototype cars, but I think it's a similar design.
Looking at the fast laps in mod, it seems like every car is within a tenth. That's a lot of different designs looking extremely even. You've got the traditional style chassis, the Type-R and Cyrul's design all right there.
