I can't stress enough how difficult it is to get a stable live video stream running for a race -- especially when you have to deal with a hotel's service provider as an intermediary!

The ONLY hotel I ever got decent speeds and connection was a small "Motel 6" where the owner put in his own wireless CABLE and didn't have it locked down. LOL.

Even the RITZ Carlton was dropping users off when I had to do some stuff on their "network". I can only imagine a video feed trying to push its way on that kinda unstable network.

For the record, from a family that watches almost every big race on line, the video feed is nice but not nearly as important as the live results. The audio is nice as well but again results are the most important.

ok people help a fellow racer out I need a place to stay as last minuite plans have changed I looking to split a room with someone, I had one lined up but my work would not let me know if I could have the time off.(they gave me to ok at 5pm tonight ) so I lost that room anyone willing to split a room or have some room. for an extra body please let me know pm me and I will get back to you asap I running onroad. my plane leaves tuesday at 7.am will be in around 11.am

Just curious? what are the spec tire's for 19 turn and stock rubber?

No problem with the feed from my room.....

Non techies may want to check their IE settings and change them...

When does the hobby stores open here?
