Thanks for the stats!!
Here is a note on some of the new schedule, re-sorts, and bump-ups this year:
A 4th qualifier is added to the race this year , which starts on Thursday. There will now be a be a re-sort after round 2 and a re-sort after round 3. We still are taking your best single best qualifier. Also new is “BUMP N’ RUN” Saturday. This is an all new format that will advance the winner of the B-main into the A-main. B’s will be run right after the 4th qual on Saturday. Soon as a class is done we will print the top standings for that class, 1st-9th are locked in the A’s, 10th-19th are racing the B’s. All the B’s mains will run together on Saturday, after qualifying is finished. Road B’s run after the last heat of road quals, and oval B’s after last heat of oval quals. This will be a lot of fun and add a ton of excitement to the program. We have some great awards to the 10th place qualifier, and the B-main and C-main winners also. These look great! The new schedule has us being done early on Saturday now as we are only running 1 heat of each and the B's, and also done earlier on Sunday since the B's will have been run Saturday.
Also new this year is 5 days of LIVE broadcast on racetalklive.com. Doc Love will be hosting the live show from the race with 1000's of listeners tuning in from around the world. This will be great for RC and the race!
The girls are back, Hollie and Jessica, to help with awards and more on Sunday. They picked there new race outfits, wow!
We will have a great Concourse again Sunday AM by Parma that is free and fun with prizes.
Another big racer raffle Sunday!
Hotel has wireless internet this year and we will be having our webcams on 24/7 showing all the action and more this year from the race!
Tons more - check out our site for all the scoop!
Entries are not full so if you want to be a part of the action send one in!

We have been pretty loose on this. The rule we have used the past few years is rear wing cord no higher than roofline and wing no wider than the body, with some side dam maximums... We have not had any issues

OK for those of us that are flying down/over/up/around/whatever to the Birds can some one provide the dos and don't of air travel with RC stuff?
After reading about the baggage handlers going throught and throwing away people luggage in Houston I would like my racing gear to make it to Florida on the same plane that I'm on....
I know that traction compound and cleaner is not allowed but what about packing tools? batteries? bodies? etc...
