Yes you can. I have already changed one on my real time 2. It was a little tricky, but I managed it just fine. I picked up the replacement bulb at radio shack.

Not a problem, here you go:
First you need to remove the top plate. Once you get that off you will need to unscrew the two screws that help hold the bulb in place. Now comes the tricky part. You will need to have a desoldering tool os some sort, and a soldering iron with a fine tip on it. Dap a little drop of solder on the end of the iron to help get the solder that connects the bulb to the board. Once you start to see the solder flow, use the desoldering tool to suck the solder out of the hole where the wire is. Then repeat it for the other side. Then with the new bulb ready, insert the two wires throught the holes in the board and now you are ready to resolder the bulb to the board. Use a thin gauge solder wire so as not to get it to flow both sides together. After you make sure that the two sides did not flow together, you are ready to put it back together and test you work. If all went wll it should light up like the others.
Hope this helps you out. If I can be of any further help just let me know.

Here you go, Radio Shack part #272-1038 12v microlamp. And then you just reuse the green cap that was over the bulb.
