Default LRP customer support

I've sent a few customer ESC's in for repair, and a couple of my own. Service was always fairly priced and top notch. Thanks; Ernie P.

Yep, I sent in a QC2 that the switch wires ripped out of the case. I had to stay on them to get an answer of "we can't open the case, all we can do is replace it for $55".

Can't open the case???? How do you call it repair then????

Still, I got a new (refurb?) WC2 for $55, which is way better than full price.

I have had YEARS of good dealings with Associated. Most recently I've sent in 2 different QC2's on 2 different occassions with no more problem to complain about than 'it doesn't feel right". They actually called me within a week (yes a human) to let me know that they'd scoped it and couldn't detect a problem. I could either pay return shipping for the same unit, or purchase a new unit at cost. I chose the latter and had it within a week.

My only experience with LRP was a great one.. well, the result in the end was, at least..

My QC2 had no brakes.. sent it in, a week later I get an email, they said it's gone, I can get it replaced for $55, etc..

I said sure, sent my CC number, and I didn't see anything for a couple weeks.. I emailed the contact, and one of their guys simply forgot to send my replacement out..

Long story short, I received a NIP, shrink-wrapped QC2 (can't tell if it was a refurb, looked spankin new) within a couple days, and they didn't charge me for it! Now that's customer service.. I'm sure they're serious about keeping us LRP'ers happy..

Default WARRANTEE

just sent in an 9 year old lrp 7.1 esc. cost $35 to repair and completely rebuild w/new case, wiring and repair. there is a lifetime limited warrantee on lrps, I didn't even have a sales receipt.

I love my lrp.
