warpspeed hinge pins

this may be hard to believe but i'm racing a warpspeed demon at my local indoor rc track.the car works great i got it off the local expert driver.my problem is that i can't find hinge pins for it.the size of the pins are 2.5mmx42mm.or at least thats what i've been using with a dremal tool.i can't find tc3 pins long enough but i did find a set of old yokomos that did work for now.so anyone got any ideas? please help.

Find a supplier who sells drill blanks or in a real pinch-use a drill bit till you can find drill blank in that size. remember-cutting drill blank requires a diamond or carbide cutter or plan on wearing out a lot of cut-off wheels.

Slot car axles shear very easily. I used music wire for mine. Want me to cut some for you?

Have you tried Associated off-road stuff?? I'd check out the rear hindge pins on the B4. I pretty sure they're the same diameter but are longer if anything you can cut them down.

I brock mine at a race and had no spares. The hobby shop we where at runs slot cars and the rear axles for them is the right dia. but to long, you just have to cut them down.
