Default Discharge rate differences/questions..

im currently using a pulsar to discharge me batteries..
discharge is fixed at 10A.
with some new cells i get sometimes 1.15V avg. for unmatched NiMh packs.
now i know this is almost the numbers for race/team spec batteries.even expensive Orion's have like 1.138-1.141V.
so my question is ..do i have great batteries in my hands?
or is the 10A discharge too low meaning my batteries will show lousier numbers at 30A discharge?
thanks in advance for inputs.
voltage for orion cells were edited bcos of typo error.

The higher the discharger rate, the lower the voltage.

Even though 1,15 looks like close to 1,40, it's quite a big difference. Multiply by 6 (cells), means 0,25*6=1,5 volt more for the motor (average). Thats similar to using 7 cells packs, instead of 6..... Huge difference.

However, matchers are using different equipment and methods, therefor comparing numbers from two different companies aint nessecarily the true picture.

i do realise that different matching methods/equipment are used by different matchers..thereby comparing them is not really useful..
damn i wish i had a really new good-matched pack to compare with those unmatched ones cos i have a feeling we're being ripped here.
and i discharged a NIB 2400 sanyo INTEGY on the Pulsar AND the results are 98% identical to the labels.
