hi all
just purchased A set of cs22 and noticed the rims are made of a different material and are softer than the ones i bought last time. do people find the new ones are better or worse than the old ones especially on carpet.

Default nylon rims are tougher

The nylon rims are also tougher, meaning less likely to crack. Sorry I've never had traction roll on asphalt, never run CS22 on carpet.

Hmm, wondered why my hex's were biting into my wheels more than they used to

to be honest i wouldnt use a CS-22 on carpet. They are awesome on asphalt but they come second to LRP VTEC 24R on carpet, the 24R offer much more grip and last out surprisingly well!
