hey... I heard Hara drove a TC3 in South Africa... is it true??
I am just trying to know the truth here...

He was running a prototype - very similar to a TC3, but not a TC3.

That was the first prototype... The associated team jokingly ask Hara if they could borrow some parts from him..

Default I would like to see...

a closer production car. The one Hara is driving, I suspect won't look much the the production car. It should be entertaining.

Speed demon.... technically true... the drivetrain was from a TC3, from the shaft, to the gear adaptor, and the diffs......

JDM- don't laugh, and don't be ashamed, it's the fastest way to get the bugs worked out..... most companies do it!!!!

at least I know the real story..... I am actually still trust my Pro 3... I like the silence of the drive train.... if you have clean spur and pinion, plus a good clean bearings,.. there you go.....all you hear is just a pure motor reving up and down......

actually I do remember Umino running a TC3 close to the end of his HPI days...believe it was at SouthAfrica...

With the release of the new shaft driven Yokomo MR4TC-SD1..
I bet the engineers at HPI are all scratching there heads on what they can do to make there car better.... 'PSG' Purple Surface Graphite!
