Default Trinity's customer service?

Anyone else have a problem with Trinity’s warranty and customer service? I sent my Dynapules in like 2 moths ago and still no response, I sent them like 5 emails and they won’t respond to any of them, I just want to know what is going on with my Dynapulse.

a few years ago I sent in a defective battery pack. I never recieved a reply nor did they ever return my batteries.

I still try to avoid Trinity products whenever possible.

I am getting more and more reserved in my purhases. and now may purchase from only large reliable companies or local companies where I can drop by. but sometimes we just get burnt.

good luck.

Email is probably the worst way to communicate regarding customer service issues. Call them.

This has been the case for many years. Trinity has and does make decent products, however getting it fixed and/or getting replacement parts has usually been a nightmare.

I know that Ernie P from Trinity does hang out on this forum, just curious if he/staff at Trinity are doing anything to improve the customer service/spare parts availability from Trinity?

I'm not saying Trinity makes a bad product, I have been useing the komado ever since it came out and i love it, i just want them to replace my dynapulse so i can start using it again, if i knew there service would be like this i would think twice before buying Trinity products.

Thumbs up

I had No problems with my repair.

The key is to get a reply from customer service, with an RMA# before sending in the defective unit.
